Automate Unreal plugins build

Having multiple plugins to maintain isn't an easy task, especially when we need to update the packages to make them compatible with new engine releases.

One way to do it is to include your plugin inside a projet that uses the desired engine version that we would like to build for, and create a package. But how about if we have 3 or more plugins that we'd like to update.

It will be really a time consuming task, so in order to automate that process I've wrote a small python script that, given a path, would check all your plugin modules and create a package with the given version

Once the script is executed, it will automatically create builds for your plugins and store the created packages inside the specified PackageFolder which in this example is E:/Path/pluginName
